Contract Bonds under $200,000

Associated Bonding has partnered with Western Surety Company to offer smaller, infrequent users of surety bonds the ability to obtain performance and payment bonds up to $200,000 per job with a potential aggregate bond line of $400,000 with minimal underwriting information.

For the first time user, qualification is quick and reliant upon the owner of the contracting firm having decent personal credit.  If approved, bonding can be obtained quickly.  If the surety needs of the applicant increase in frequency, a short one page addendum application along with business and personal financial statements can get you a small contract bond line!

The rate charged for these bonds is $30 per thousand of contract price.

1. Completed Western Surety Company Fast Track Bond application
2. Completed ABi credit authorization form
3. Most recent year-end business financial statement (for contract line)
4. Concurrent personal financial statement for each owner of the busines
